The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday predicted that there will be no major change in the minimum (night) temperature in Odisha in the next 24 hours.

As per IMD’s Regional Centre in Bhubaneswar, the minimum temperature is likely to rise gradually thereafter by 3 to 4 degree C at many places over the districts of Odisha.

“The minimum temperatures observed appreciable fall at a few places over the districts of south interior Odisha, at one or two places over the districts of coastal Odisha and no large change at elsewhere over the districts of Odisha in the past 24 hours,” said IMD.

Day-1 (valid up to 0830 hrs IST of 15.02.2023): Dry weather is most likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha.

Day-2 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 15.02.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 16.02.2023): Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal, Angul, Puri, Khordha.

Day-3 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 16.02.2023 up to 0830hrsIST of 17.02.2023): Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Koraput, Cuttack, Kalahandi, Rayagada.

Day-4 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 17.02.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 18.02.2023): Dry weather is most likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha.
