Rain Alert For Odisha
Due to incursion of southerly wind along the coastal area near surface levels, the maximum temperature is likely to fall slightly by about 2 degree Celsius over several districts of coastal Odisha during the next two days.
India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday said the maximum temperature is likely to rise by 2 degrees at a few places over the districts of interior Odisha due to North-westerly/westerly dry air at lower levels and high solar insolation.
“The maximum temperature is likely to be above normal by 3 to 5 degree Celsius at many places over the districts of interior Odisha and likely to be above normal by 2 to 3 degrees at a few places of coastal Odisha during the next 4 to 5 days,” said IMD.
