An upper air cyclonic circulation is likely over the north Andaman Sea and the neighbourhood around September 21, 2024.
It is likely to move north-westwards and under its influence, a low-pressure area is likely to form over the northwest and adjoining west-central Bay of Bengal around September 23, 2024.
