As per the previous forecast, the low pressure system is likely to concentrate into a depression by tomorrow. Similarly, there is every possibility that the system is likely to further intensify into a cyclonic storm and over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of East Central Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea on May 10.

All eyes are now on the next forecast by IMD as the premier weather agency had earlier stated to issue necessary forecast regarding the path, intensity and other aspects regarding the cyclonic storm after the formation of the low pressure.
