There will be no large change in the maximum temperature (Day Temperature) during the next three days and a fall by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius at many places over the districts of Odisha, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday.

As per IMD, there will be no large change in the minimum temperature (Night Temperature) at several places over the districts of Odisha during the next 3 to 4 days.

A yellow warning for heatwave conditions has been issued for several Odisha districts in the next 48 hours. By 2:30 pm, Sambalpur recorded the highest maximum temperature of 42.5, followed by 42.1 in Jharsuguda, 41.8 in Hirakud and 41.6 in Bhubaneswar today.
