Heat Wave Alert For Odisha: IMD Issues Yellow Warning For Several Districts
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a ‘Yellow Warning’ for heat wave conditions in several parts of Odisha.
As per IMD, there will be no large change in the maximum temperature (Day Temperature) during next two days over the districts of Odisha.
“The maximum temperature will gradually rise by 2 to 3 degree Celsius at a few places over the districts of Odisha in subsequent 2 to 3 days,” said IMD.
Weather Forecast:
Dry weather will prevail across Odisha till March 30.
Day-3 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 30.03.2022 up to 0830 hrs IST of 31.03.2022)
Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heat wave condition is likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Boudh, Sonepur and Bolangir.
Day-4 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 31.03.2022 up to 0830 hrs IST of 01.04.2022)
Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heat wave condition is likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Boudh, Sonepur, Bolangir, Kalahandi, Angul and Sambalpur.
Day-5 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 01.04.2022 up to 0830 hrs IST of 02.04.2022)
Yellow Warning ( Be updated): Heat wave condition is likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Boudh, Sonepur, Bolangir, Kalahandi, Angul and Sambalpur.
