Deep Depression
Yesterday’s deep depression now lies over Gangetic West Bengal and it is likely to move west-northwestwards across Jharkhand. The system is likely to weaken gradually into a depression during the next 12 hours and into a well marked low pressure area during subsequent 24 hours, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Wednesday.
As per IMD, the southwest Monsoon has also been vigorous over Odisha.

Red Warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20 cm) at a few places over the districts of Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Bolangir, Sonepur, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Keonjhar, Boudh with isolated extremely heavy rainfalls (>20cm) very likely to occur over the districts of Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Bolangir, Sonepur, Sambalpur.
Orange Warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20cm) very likely to occur at a one or two places over the districts of Dhenkanal, Mayurbhanj, Nuapada, Kalahandi , Kandhamal.
Yellow Warning: Heavy Rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Nayagarh, Nabarangpur, Jajpur.

Yellow Warning: Heavy rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh.
