Woman busy on a mobile call leaves behind her baby inside the auto and walks off, watch

Tech gadgets like mobile phones have revolutionised the way we live and have made life easier and more convenient. Apart from enabling instant communication and connection, new-age smartphones have facilitated several other things. However, widespread adoption of mobile phones has disrupted many aspects of our lives. One of the major concerns is mental health disruptions, including decreased attention span, developing anxiety and stress, and affecting sleep patterns and work-life balance. Recently, one such disturbing incident has surfaced on social media that shows a woman leaving her baby inside an auto-rickshaw and walking off while remaining busy on her mobile.

Recently, a video surfaced on the internet that shows a woman busy with her mobile phone while walking on the road. As the camera pans to the other side, an old man is seen running behind the woman while carrying a baby in his arms. The old man is heard calling out to the woman aloud.

When the woman turns behind, she rushes towards the man with the baby. Surprisingly, she 'snatches' the baby and pampers with extreme affection. The man folds his hand to the woman after a short conversation and leaves.

As claimed, the woman busy with her mobile call left behind her baby inside the auto-rickshaw she was travelling in. Though she walked off, the alert auto-rickshaw driver picked up the baby and rushed towards the woman to hand over her baby.

Though the authenticity of the video and claims couldn't be verified, it has sparked discussions over the increased risks of mobile usage.

While the source of the video couldn't be verified, it is shared on X by Mamta with a caption reading, "This woman did not forget her mobile while getting down from the auto but she forgot her child." (sic)

The video has gone viral on social media amassing massive views. Users have also flooded the comments section with their opinions on the incident.
