Reels-mania has hit youngsters hard. With the growing usage of social media, youths are getting more fascinated to create reels and remain engrossed with the trend. Different social media platforms are flooded with reels based on different themes. While some are entertaining and encouraging, others can irritate a lot. However, a section of people take reels too seriously leaving netizens shocked and amused at the same time.

Recently, a video surfaced on social media that shows a groom and his family taking reels too seriously during the wedding.

As seen in the video, the groom is sitting with his bride on marriage mandap while family members of the duo can be seen standing behind them.

The video starts with the groom putting vermilion on the bride's head. However, as the tune of Vivah's 'Do Anjane Ajnabi' starts playing, the groom looks into the camera and starts lip-syncing the lyrics of the song. From the expressions, it seems the groom is not just lip-synching, but feeling the essence of the lyrics. In the middle of the song, the groom also asks the bride to smile. On the other hand, a few of the family members standing behind also partially participate in the reels.

The video shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) by Aarohi Tripathy has gone viral on social media and garnered massive views. The caption for the video reads: When you take reels too seriously (sic)
