Wayanad tragedy: Pet dog reunites with owner after 6 days, emotional reunion will leave you teary-eyed

While the death toll in Wayanad landslides reached 369 on Sunday 206 people are still missing from Mundakkai and Chooralmala villages following the tragedy. Army personnel with the help of volunteers, NDRF, Navy and Kerala Police and Forest department officials are still searching for the missing people in the landslide-hit areas.

Amidst the stories of deaths and loss, an emotional reunion of a pet dog with its owner after six days has come as a source of a hope in the times of despair. A pet dog finally reunited with its owner after being separated for six days due to the landslide.

A video of their emotional reunion was shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, that is sure to leave anyone tear-eyed. The video shows the pet dog, hungry and thirsty, looking for its owner as people continue to look for their beloved ones in the debris.

To everyone’s happiness, the dog finally meets its owner and runs to hug her. The dog seems excited and happy as it finally meets its owner. The lady owner also gets teary-eyed and tightly hugs the pet while it continues to jump in excitement.

The adorable video has come as a source of hope and aspiration for many who have lost all their near and dear ones in the tragic natural disaster.
