Instances of confrontations between dog owners and members of residential communities are increasingly prevalent in recent times. In another such incident that occurred in a high-rise housing complex, a retired IAS officer reportedly slapped a female dog owner following a quarrel.

In a recent incident, a retired IAS officer got into an altercation with a woman dog owner in a high-rise society. The dispute started over allowing the dog into the lift, and the entire incident was captured on the society's CCTV camera.

The video shows the former IAS officer attempting to make a phone call in the lift while the woman stands at the entrance. Suddenly, the woman snatches the officer's phone and drops it, leading to his anger. As the officer and the woman fall out of the lift in the fight, the man could be seen slapping the woman. Meanwhile, a girl holding the dog rushes toward them as the altercation escalates.

Later, the woman's husband arrives at the scene and proceeds to confront and physically assault the former IAS officer within the lift. Subsequently, security personnel and other individuals step in to mediate the situation.
