Indian marriages are always full of drama, suspense and emotions. Several amusing and interesting incidents often surface during the wedding season in the country.

In a dramatic marriage video, a woman was found chasing her groom in the middle of the road at Bhagat Singh Chowk in Nawada of Bihar. In the clip, the woman was seen running after her groom-to-be after spotting him at the market. The groom tried his best to escape. However, the woman chased the groom and somehow managed to grab him. She then pleaded with him to marry her.

“Meri shadi karwaao,” she pleaded.

As per reports, the woman’s family members claimed that their wedding was arranged three months ago. A bike and Rs 50,000 cash as dowry was also presented to the groom. However, the groom kept delaying the marriage by giving several excuses.

When the bride-to-be saw the man, she chased and forced him to marry her. As the situation worsened and the commotion continued in the market, the police had to intervene in the matter. Police took both parties to the police station and counselled them.

Eventually, the man and his family members agreed to the marriage. The couple tied the nuptial knot at a temple next to the police station.
