Nature is full of wonders and every phenomenon has its own significance. Among the nature’s marvels, rivers are some of the most striking natural features you’ll come across.

However, have you ever wondered how rivers are made? If your answer is no, then this video is definitely for you.

Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Parveen Kaswan, who is an avid social media user and regularly posts interesting facts about wildlife, has shared an interesting video about the formation of a river.

The video, which is now going viral, shows how a riverbed slowly gets filled with water.

The IFS officer shot the video at 6 am during the foot patrolling session with his team.

Sharing the video on his Twitter handle, Kaswan wrote, "This is how rivers are made. The forest is the mother of the river. Today morning at 6 AM. Foot patrolling with the team."

As soon as the IFS officer shared the video, it garnered over 4.5 lakh views, 918 retweets and over 9000 likes.

“Beautiful. That's mother nature at its best. Thank you for sharing,” an internet user commented while another wrote, “Ahhh, the chirping of the birds, water kissing land for the first time....serene & divine.”

“Disciplined way of nature when its in creation mode. Great to watch it,” a third user commented while the fourth one wrote, “Absolutely fascinating to watch. Will be even more wonderful to see it again at the peak of monsoon when it's full and flowing.”
