Sharks are predators that play a vital role in maintaining the health of the marine ecosystem. Would you believe, if someone claims that a shark helped another co-habitant in the sea while seeking human help?

Yes, though sounds surprising, in the viral video, a shark is seen carrying a turtle in the sea riding the waves. The shark carried the turtle in its mouth. As soon as it sees a group of humans on a boat, it navigates the turtle to reach the boat.

The turtle also struggles to reach the steps of the boat. The shark leaves the turtle and turns back. A boy on the boat reaches the turtle and fetches it to a safer place. After bringing the turtle onboard, the boy discoveres a thick rope entangled on its neck.

After turning the turtle upside down, the group of humans find two thick ropes entangled around its neck leaving it in great pain.

Immediately, the boy uses a knife to cut the ropes carefully without hurting the turtle. After freeing it from the ropes, they apply some medicines to the wound. They even apply medicines to the wound on the upper neck that seems even more severe. After disinfecting the wound, they leave the turtle back into the sea.

The video shared on Twitter by Alvin Foo has gone viral on social media melting the hearts of netizens. The viewers also praised the group of humans for saving the turtle’s life.
