Rs 100 per click! Foreign tourist charges Indians for selfie, watch
In India, it is quite common to see hawkers or vendors surrounding foreign tourists at popular tourist sites. They try to sell them various goods, products or services. Even certain people find it fascinating to click photos with foreign tourists. While a few tourists gracefully pose for photos with strangers, others find it uncomfortable and troubling. However, have you ever heard of any foreign tourists charging strangers for clicking selfies with them?
Recently, a video surfaced on social media that shows a foreign tourist in India charging strangers Rs 100 for a click. Interestingly, the tourist is seen holding a placard with the charges written on it.
The text on the video reads, "THE BIGGEST PROBLEM FOR FOREIGNERS ON INDIAN BEACHES." (sic)

In the video, the woman is seen describing the plight of foreign tourists.
"Ma'am, Ma'am please one photo, one photo please...We are tired from this and have one solution..." says the woman and flaunts the placard with '1 Selfie Rs 100' written on it.
Next the video shows a man holding his mobile and trying to click a selfie with the woman. Before he clicks the selfie, the woman shows the placard. Further, a few people are seen posing with the woman for picture. Later, the first man is seen posing with the woman and asks her to lower the placard. Next, the woman happily shows a Rs 100 currency note.
Later, several other people are seen posing with the woman and clicking selfies. She also shows a Rs 200 currency note.
The video ends with the woman showing her income happily.
