Of late a video has surfaced in social media which shows a man using speakers of Ola electric scooter for live cricket commentary in Cuttack.

Not only social media users, but Ola founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal are in praise of the commentator. Sharing the video clip which originated from Odisha, Aggarwal captioned, “This has to be the most creative use of our vehicle I have seen so far.”

In the viral video, an Ola electric scooter can be seen parked at a local cricket ground where a local cricket match was going on. A man can be seen standing next to the Ola scooter holding a mobile phone. He can be seen using the scooter's speakers as a megaphone for live cricket commentary while watching a match. He made it possible by connecting his phone to the vehicle wirelessly, most probably through Bluetooth.

The video has received nearly 43,000 views and interesting comments.

One user wrote: “This is from my motherland Odisha. So creative people.”

A second user commented: “This is from Odisha. You should visit sir.”

Yet another user said, “Haha ! Consumers are the Real Ambassadors!”

A fourth user posted:  Wow really innovative usage. Awesome.”

Earlier, a video had gone viral in social media which showed how the Ola S1 Pro electric scooter saved the day during a Garba event when the lights went out. The built-in speakers of the scooter were used to play music and continue the Garba celebration in Gujarat.

We will build a special Navratri mode before next year into MoveOS,” the Ola CEO had said at that time.
