The craze of performing bike stunts has hit youngsters wildly . Several such videos of youths performing dangerous stunts on road with one or more girls sitting on bikes have been surfacing on social media. While youths performing such stunts are putting their as well as their co-riders' lives in danger, they are also posing threat to other commuters. 

Meanwhile, police are jumping into action to trace and punish such youths. The latest offender is a youth from Mumbai.

A few days earlier, a video of the youth, identified as Faiyaz Qadri, went viral on social media in which he is seen performing a bike stunt with two women seated on his two-wheeler. 

While one girl is seen sitting on the bike’s fuel tank, the other girl is riding pillion. The youth suddenly lifts up the bike’s front wheel while both the girls are seen clinging on to him. 

The trio on the bike rode for quite a distance. And the visual of the daring stunt went viral on social media. The incident reportedly took place on Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) road. 

Later, the youth was arrested by BKC Police. Police arrested him from his Antop Hill residence, which was traced through the bike's registration number.

Upon investigation, it was found that the video is from December 2022. The youth was booked under Section 308 of the IPC for the offence. Moreover, the accused has a criminal history and he was externed (banished) from Wadala TT PS for a year.
