Indian snacks and street foods with their delicious taste and unique flavours are very popular all over the world. Chefs and vendors often create their unique recipes in front of the camera and get appreciated for their skills and dishes. 

Every day, we can find some unique recipes that go viral on the internet. Recently, a street vendor in Mumbai gained popularity for his ‘dancing’ bhel puri.

The vendor went viral for his innovative way of preparing and serving bhelpuri. With rhythmic movements and infectious energy, he transformed the act of preparing the dish into an engrossing dance routine.

In the video, the vendor showcased an impressive spectacle as he wielded a large vessel brimming with bhelpuri ingredients consists of 60 ingredients which included puffed rice, onions, coriander, puri, chutney, potatoes, and masala. 

With a deft tilt of the vessel, he grabbed a big spoon and began vigorously spinning the bhel with remarkable speed while flaunting his dancing-like movements.

The result was a tantalizing creation which he proudly dubbed “Chatpata Dancing Bhelpuri."

The video was posted on Instagram along with a caption that read, “Became a millionaire by selling Bhelpuri”.

The video has so far gained over 30 million views with more than 9 lakh likes.  Food lovers have appreciated the creativity of the vendor in the comments section. 

One netizen commented, “Half the food is in the ground, acting like he’s a bartender.” Another wrote, “He needs to calm down," while a third one jokingly suggested, “The sweat is the main taste I guess!”
