Mother-daughter cabin crew duo's touching Mother's Day celebration melts hearts online 

"Mothers are the most dynamic and influential force behind the development of a young woman’s journey to being herself," just like this air hostess who followed her mother's footsteps and joined the cabin crew.

The air hostess acknowledging her mother's efforts in shaping and building her life paid an emotional tribute to her on Mother’s Day who was for the first time flying on board as cabin crew with her mother on the special occasion.

A video of the incident posted on Twitter by IndiGo has now gone viral.

The clip starts with the air hostess introducing herself as Nabira Sashmi to all the passengers. She then goes on to introduce her mother and says it is the first time that she is seeing her onboard and in uniform while being a member of the same cabin crew.

"I have seen her in the cabin doing all the work and today I am in her shoes. This past six years, I have seen her talking on this PA, and today, finally, the day has come when I am talking on behalf of her. I hope I make her proud today," says Nabira.

The mother is seen shedding tears of joy before she kisses her daughter's cheek. The passengers applaud as the lovely clip comes to a close.
