They say sisters are spitting images of each other, and IAS Tina Dabi and Ria Dabi are the perfect examples of this.
Ria Dabi, the younger sister of 2015 IAS Topper Tina Dabi followed in the footsteps of her elder sister and also cracked the UPSC exam on her first attempt.
Ria, who did her graduation in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University in 2019, started preparation for UPSC right after her graduation. She cleared UPSC CSE 2020 with flying colours and secured an all-India rank of AIR-15.
“I always knew I wanted to attempt the CSE. Having witnessed my older sister (Tina Dabi) clear the exam and top it has been an inspiration for me,” said Ria after clearing the UPSC exam.
Ria credited her success to her mother Himani Dabi and said she inspired her to become a civil servant.
"She always wanted us both sisters to become IAS officers and we are privileged that we both have fulfilled her dream," said Ria who also chosen Rajasthan as her home state cadre.
Like Tina Dabi, Ria is also quite active on her Instagram and often shares her pictures on her photo-sharing app.
