In the video, a man is seen standing on the street with his friends. His friend runs towards him, and the standing man places him on his head, balancing him with his belly. 

Then the man demonstrates his creativity by spinning his friend on his head like a fan blade. 

The video has amassed 113 million views and 6 million likes with many users leaving comments.
