Hinduism is one of the oldest religions in the world. The beauty and eclectic nature of Hinduism has drawn the attention of foreigners from time immemorial. Foreigners are flocking to different Hindu holy places across India and the number is increasing. Be it Haridwar, Varanasi or Puri, foreigners are seen getting soaked in the devotion of Hindu Gods on different religious occasions.

Moreover, in this social media age, several videos of foreigners chanting the names of Hindu Gods and singing bhajans can be found in abundance. However, recently a video of a group of foreigners surfaced on social media in which they are seen reciting Hanuman Chalisa and chanting Jai Shree Ram.

As seen in the video, a woman holding a guitar starts reciting Hanuman Chalisa while playing the musical instrument. Meanwhile, a youth with matted long hair is seen holding a musical instrument and sitting on a beatbox. He simultaneously plays the musical instrument and swaps it with the beatbox while chanting ‘Shree Ram.’

As the camera pans, another elderly man is seen playing a violin with proper sync. When the camera again pans to the other side, another man can be seen with the Tabla. The entire group of foreigners can be seen enjoying while performing the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa and chanting Lord Ram’s name.

Netizens have fallen in love with this group of foreigners and their devotional performance.

The video shared on Instagram by music_ki_duniya__1213 has gone viral on social media. Several users have expressed love for the group with their comments.

One user wrote, “ab dusri desh ke log hamari sanskriti ko apnate hai to ,Sar aur bhi jyada garv se uncha ho jata hai. Jai sri ram” (sic)

“Jab hamare sanskriti sab ko itni payari lagti hai to hame bhi apni sanskriti apnana chahiye to bolo Jai shree Ram,” wrote another user. (sic)
