Masala Dosa is one of the most popular South Indian recipes which is preferred by many Indians to start their day in breakfast or a satisfying meal at any time of the day. The dish is known for its combination of thin lentil and rice pancakes with a spicy masala aloo filling, typically served with sambar and chutney. However, there’s a new twist to this classic favourite that has caught people’s attention- masala dosa-ice cream. Yes, you read that right!

A video showcasing the preparation of these unique masala dosa ice cream rolls has been circulating on Instagram. However, this fusion dish has sparked a wave of disapproval among foodies who expressed their opinions in the comments section.

Subsequently, they craft rolls from this blend, akin to the preparation of ice cream rolls. The rolls are topped with aloo filling, tomato chutney, and coconut chutney.
