2015 UPSC topper Tina Dabi is often in news for her personal and professional life. Tina who is posted as the District Magistrate of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan also remains in discussion regarding her works.
Recently, IAS Tina Dabi conducted a surprise inspection of Jawahar Chikitsalaya in the city.
During the inspection, seeing the lapses and filth in the hospital, she got angry. She scolded the contractor in front of everyone and gave strict instructions to the hospital administration to do the needful.
According to a Zee News report, the young IAS officer said that negligence regarding the health of people will not be tolerated. She also did a surprise inspection of the trauma center, OPD, medical ward, drug center, surgical ward, lab and dialysis unit among others in the hospital.
Tina also reportedly instructed the senior medical officer there to ensure that every patient coming to the hospital should get better treatment. Apart from this, she also instructed that they also get free medicines and check-up facilities.
Dabi also met and interacted with the patients admitted to the hospital. She enquired about their condition and sought feedback from the patients regarding the free facilities being provided in the hospital.
