Groom stuck in traffic runs on foot to reach his own baraat
No matter where you live, one thing remains constant – traffic jams. With rapid urbanization and increase in vehicle use, there is a lot of traffic congestion. No matter which city you live in, traffic is all the same, be it Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar or Chennai.
But what happens when you are getting married and get stuck in traffic? Well, this is what exactly happened with a groom. Yes, you read that right!
The groom who was going on a wedding procession (baraat) was left behind after other vehicles left him behind in the heavy traffic. A viral video, circulating on social media, captured the unusual and bizarre incident, where a groom is seen trying to catch up to his baraat.
After being stranded in the jam, the groom with no other option, had to run on foot. The video captured by a fellow baraati was shared on social media and soon went viral, leaving the internet in splits.
Sharing the video, the user wrote, “You’re in your 30s, it’s your first and last shot at getting married 😅and the traffic to your venue is so bad you start wondering if the universe is trying to tell you, “Bro, stay single it’s safer!”😂”
The video was first shared on Instagram by handle ‘Shaurya Dawar’ and has since garnered over 2.4 million views and soon spread to other platforms. While the exact date and location of the incident remains unconfirmed, the viral video shows the groom fully dressed in wedding sherwani, making his way through the heavy traffic jam on foot, trying to reunite with his baraat.
