The clip is from a varmala ceremony. In the video, the groom and the bride can be seen on the wedding stage after their varmala ceremony. 

The groom, who is looking regal in a beige sherwani, can be seen making his beautiful bride dressed in a red lehenga twirl around.

Then he can be seen going down on his knees, and then he takes her hand and kisses it while saying something which is not audible but the bride can be seen smiling widely. Their family and guest can be seen cheering for them.
