Groom in shock after newlywed bride delivers baby a day after marriage

In a shocking incident, a newlywed bride delivered a baby just a day after her wedding leaving the groom and his family stunned and shocked.

According to an Amarujala report, the incident took place in a village in Greater Noida's Dankaur area.

As per reports, the groom, a resident of a village under the Dankaur Kotwali area, married the bride who hails from Bulandshahr on Monday. Following this, the bride came to her in-laws' house after the bidaai ceremony.

However, on Tuesday evening the bride experienced stomach pain after which her in-laws admitted her to the hospital in Dankaur. The doctors following examination informed the groom and his family that the bride was seven months pregnant.

Later, the bride delivered a healthy baby girl. The bride’s family was also informed, after which they reached the hospital. However, the groom and his family refused to accept the bride. The matter even reached the police station.

As per Amarujala's report, the groom's family alleged that they were kept in the dark about the pregnancy of the bride when the wedding was fixed. They said the bride’s family had deliberately hidden it from them. 

Meanwhile, the bride’s family has gone back to their home in Bulandshahr with their daughter and her newborn baby.
Kotwali in-charge Sanjay Singh said that both the groom and bride’s families have mutually reached an agreement on Wednesday
