In the video, the grandparents start from scratch, learning English using YouTube tutorials. They purchase a laptop and use it to practice English, speaking with others and working hard to correct their mistakes. 

Their dedication pays off when, during Diwali, they make a video call to their son and granddaughter. They speak to their granddaughter in English, which surprises their son and brings tears to viewers’ eyes.

The video has garnered 4.4 million views, with many likes and comments.
