In an unexpected twist, a 25-year-old woman from Chongqing, China, lost both her job and year-end bonus after her pet cat inadvertently sent her resignation email, resulting in her termination. The pet cat accidentally pressed the ‘Enter’ button and sent the email that the woman had written for future.
The 25-year-old, who is extremely fond of her nine cats, was contemplating whether to resign from her current position, as she relied on her earnings to care for her pets. Unexpectedly, one of her feline companions leapt onto the desk, hitting the send button prematurely.
Her home security camera captured the moment the playful cat leapt onto her desk and facilitated the message's dispatch. Despite her swift attempts to reach out to her employer to explain the situation, she consequently lost both her position and her year-end bonus.

The hilarious yet unusual incident was shared on social media platforms, catching everyone’s attention.
This quirky tale draws parallels with other recent instances of pets inadvertently causing trouble. For instance, in Thailand, a dog playfully brought an explosive to its owner’s house. The Labrador-Golden Retriever mix returned home with an explosive device, alarming its owner's son. Luckily, the house owner saw it and immediately alerted the authorities for safe disposal of the object.
Similarly, a group of 100 huskies escaped from "Haha Husky Cute Pets" cafe in Shenzhen, China, when a door was mistakenly left open. The dogs entered a shopping mall and caused chaos before they were captured once again.
The cafe owner had to offer compensation to those injured in the attack by the huskies.
