High drama unfolds! Girl gatecrashes girlfriend's engagement, would-be groom cancels wedding

Witnessing someone you are deeply attached to, commits to someone else can be a significant emotional loss. It is natural to feel a range of emotions, from sadness to intense response. Recently, a report has been doing rounds on social media in which a girl allegedly gatecrashed her girlfriend's engagement ceremony. After the high drama unfolded at the event, the would-be groom cancelled the wedding.

A video from the event has gone viral in which Bina is seen rushing towards the couple and holding the hand of her alleged girlfriend. However, she starts pushing Bina and the duo engage in a heated argument. Later, the video shows the would-be bride with her family members, who were trying to console her.

Reportedly, the would-be bride was engaged to a man from the Quarsi area of Aligarh. Their engagement ceremony was held at the Ruby Hotel under the Gandhi Park police station area of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. While the engaged couple was on the stage and greeting the guests, the alleged girlfriend of the would-be bride gate crashed the event and approached them. Disrupting the engagement ceremony, the girl held the would-be bride's hand and attempted to lead her away. Her action led to a confrontation between the duo.

According to reports, the girl claimed to be in a relationship with the would-be bride for four years. However, the would-be bride rejected the claims. Even though the girl presented evidence, the would-be bride remained unconvinced. This led to a heated argument between the two women, prompting police intervention.

The girl, identified as Bina, claimed that she and her girlfriend (would-be bride) were once students at the same coaching centre. Their friendship began at a coaching centre and grew during a wedding ceremony in 2021. They were in a four-year live-in relationship and Bina had declined three marriage proposals. But, when it came to her girlfriend, she refused to listen.

The argument continued till late at night. Ultimately, the groom's family called off the marriage. The groom explained that the wedding was cancelled because his fiancée had been in a same-sex relationship.
