Frog's leg inside samosa! Enraged public storms into popular shop in Uttar Pradesh, watch

Samosa is a beloved Indian snack, and popular street food and appetizer. People love the crispy, flaky exterior and the stuffed filling. Samosas can be just enjoyed with anything. However, what if you find a lizard or its tail or a cockroach inside the samosa after taking the first bite?

Recently, a video surfaced on social media that shows a frog's leg inside a samosa. In the video, the frog's leg is clearly visible stuffed inside the samosa along with mashed potato filling. 

Further, the video shows the enraged public barging into the shop from where the samosa was purchased. It is a popular sweet shop having several franchises across the country. A youth carries the samosa to a man sitting at the counter and demands an explanation. The man verifies the samosa and remains mum. However, the public seems to be quite furious and enraged. They also seem to be in no mood to listen. Further, they ask to bring all samosas and show them. As is audible, a man says that if they found one leg of the frog in one samosa, other body parts of the frog could be in other samosas. 

Finding unwanted objects or contaminants in food has unfortunately become quite a common thing these days. Hair, insects, plastic, paper pieces, stones, pebbles, dirt, soil, glass shards and even small animals like lizards, rats, frogs or their body parts, and even other foreign objects are commonly found inside food. Finding unwanted objects can be disturbing and in some cases, can be harmful to health.

As claimed, the incident took place at a Bikaner Sweet Shop in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. After the matter was reported, the Police took the shop owner into custody and the Food Safety Department sent food samples for testing.
