Now, a man has become an overnight social media sensation in Bihar, thanks to his singing talent. The 24-year-old man has been going viral for his rendition of a Bhojpuri song while being lodged in jail.

According to sources, the man has been identified as Kanhaiya Kumar. He was arrested for drinking alcohol and violating Bihar’s no-liquor policy. However, the man has been winning everyone’s hearts by beautifully singing a Bhojpuri song. He sings the song flawlessly even as he is confined in the police lockup.

The video was shared on Twitter by Dr. Shalabh Mani Tripathi. In the video, Kumar can be heard singing the popular Bhojpuri song, “Darogaji ho.. Sochi, sochi jiya hamro kahe ghabrata..”

Now, the video of his beautiful rendition has taken social media by storm. His voice is being loved so much that he has got multiple offers from the music industry. His unique talent has caught the attention of many music lovers and landed him multiple offers from music composers in Bihar.

Even, the jail authorities who had locked him up can be heard appreciating his skills and saying, ‘waah, waah.”

Since being shared online, the video has amassed over 804.1K views, 8184 likes, 1488 retweets and counting. 

Even Bollywood singer Ankit Tiwari was in awe of the man’s voice and offered a song for his music company. He also assured legal help and rehabilitation to the man and assured to record his voice and give him an opportunity to sing.
