After several videos of couples kissing each other and displaying public affection, Delhi Metro is back in the news after a clip of two young women fighting and abusing each other went viral.

Despite repeated warnings by the Delhi Metro authorities, the rise in unwanted incidents has become a matter of serious concern for other commuters. The video capturing the heated confrontation between the two women has gone viral on social media platforms, drawing severe backlash from netizens.

The video starts with a girl removing her ‘slipper’ to attack another girl who, on the other hand, takes out her water bottle in defense. Tension mounts as both women exchange threats and wait for the opponent to make the first move.

Meanwhile, other commuters can be heard asking them to stop the fight and move back to their respective seats. However, the two women continue to abuse each other until things escalate and the woman with the slippers calls the other woman a ‘R***di’.

Infuriated, the woman with the water bottle throws water on her but luckily doesn’t hit her with the water bottle.
The video has once again sparked widespread debate on the behaviour of people inside Delhi Metro even as the reason for the fight between the two women is yet to be ascertained.

Sharing the video, a Twitter user wrote, “After p*rn, Delhi Metro has become a battleground.” Since being shared online, the video has garnered over 106.1K views with 1219 likes and several hilarious comments.

“Feel sad for the bottle it didn’t hit as expected to the target instead the water was wasted,” commented a user.

Another user wrote, “I just unsubscribed all OTT platforms, now I only prefer Delhi Metro.”

“Gupt sotron se pata chala hai ki agle cricket aur football ka World Cup bhi Delhi Metro main hi rakhne ki tayari chal rahi hai. Olympic bhi idhar ki karwaane ki tyaari jor shor se chal rahi hai,” wrote another user.
