In a bizarre incident, a bride who had gone to a beauty parlour to get ready for her marriage reportedly fled from there leaving her groom waiting for her at the wedding venue.

According to AajTak report, the matter came to light after the baraatis, who were waiting for the bride eagerly, lost their patience and enquired about her whereabouts.

Reportedly, the wedding of the bride, a native of Didoli Kotwali was fixed with the groom, a resident of Naugawan Sadat. On the scheduled date, the groom arrived at the wedding venue in a grand procession.

The groom was eagerly waiting for the jaimala ceremony. When the groom's side asked the bride's family to bring her to the stage for the Jaimala ceremony, the bride's side informed them that she had gone to a beauty parlour.

The baraatis were told that the bride would return soon. However, the bride did not turn up even after a long time which made the groom’s side suspicious.

Later, the groom’s family reached the police station and filed a complaint against the bride and her family alleging cheating. They also demanded action against them.

Meanwhile, the groom returned to his home without the bride.

On the other hand, the bride’s family also filed a missing complaint. On the basis of the complaint of the bride's side, the police started searching for the missing bride after interrogating her family members.
