After a bomb threat mail once again created flutter in Delhi, police found it to be a hoax after a thorough search. What has emerged as a concern is the statement by police that a 14-year-old student was allegedly behind the threat mail.

Senior officials said that the 14-year-old student has been identified and is being questioned. On his motive, police said, “The student didn't want to go to the school and had, therefore, sent the bomb threat mail,” reported ANI.

Further, the student had allegedly mentioned two more schools in the mail to make it look genuine.

Earlier, an email was received at a school in Delhi's Greater Kailash area, threatening to blow up the institution. However, no suspicious objects or explosive materials were recovered during the search operation by the cops.
