Viral video shows Bengaluru boys caught performing dangerous scooter stunt
A video of two boys performing dangerous stunts on a scooter in Bengaluru has gone viral on social media, sparking outrage online. The six-second viral clip is reportedly from Banashankari 2nd Stage.
In the footage, two boys including a minor, perform a wheelie on the scooter. Even as the minor sitting behind is seen falling and clinging from behind, the rider continues to perform the dangerous stunt on the busy Bengaluru road.
An X user shared the video and wrote, “A small child was observed performing a wheelie on the road, posing significant risk not only to themselves but also to the safety of others in the vicinity. The incident took place in Banashankari 2nd Stage, near Monotype, at approximately 8:22PM. The vehicle involved was registered with the number KA01V5613. Such reckless behaviour on public roads is highly dangerous and can lead to accidents. It is crucial for parents and guardians to ensure that children are not allowed to engage in such unsafe activities, especially on public streets.”
The viral video has sparked outrage with netizens demanding immediate action against the two stunt performers. Many even demanded their parents to be arrested.
“The kids and their parents should be arrested,” shared a user.
Another user tagged Bengaluru police and wrote, “Kindly take action against these ppl as they are posing a threat to pedestrians and fellow riders! If possible seize the vehicle and cancel their DL as well!”
“This is common even in Yarab nagar adjacent to Banashankari. I was frustrated with these kind of idiots blocking the road doing stunts when I was driving car. If anything untoward happens or if they fall, local goondas will hold bigger vehicles responsible,” shared another user.
