Animal Park! Netizens find 'apt' replacement for 'Jamal Kudu' in sequel, watch

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 2023 action-crime flick Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Triptii Dimri and Anil Kapoor in key roles, emerged as a blockbuster. The movie marked a powerful comeback of Bobby Deol. While fans appreciated Bobby's character and his screen presence, his hook steps in the 'Jamal Kudu' song became iconic. The song based on an Iranian folk song became a chartbuster. Now that the makers have plans for a sequel to the film, netizens have found an 'apt' replacement for 'Jamal Kudu' in Animal Park.

'Jamal Kudu' Replacement!

The song in discussion point seems to be a folk song and the video clip of the same has gone viral on social media. In the video, three girls can be seen in their native attires, associated with their region or ethnic group.  While one girl of three is seen capturing the video, the second girl is seen holding a mandolin, while the third girl is seen holding the leash of a donkey. As the three start moving, the girl with the mandolin starts playing the instrument.

The girls start singing a song in chorus which seems to be a folk song. They can be seen enjoying while singing their native song.

While the origin of the video couldn't be verified, it is shared on X by Shekhar Dutt with a caption reading, "welcoming the future song of Sandeep Vanga Reddy’s Animal-2 (and every other reel’s BGM)" (sic)

The video has gone viral on social media amassing massive views and likes. Moreover, netizens have praised the girls and their folk music. Many even opined that possibly the folk song could be a great addition to Animal Park.
