Aggressive Cobra guarding tomatoes! Video goes viral; watch

The skyrocketing price of tomatoes has been burning holes in the pockets of consumers. Though the recent government announcement of reducing the price of tomatoes has come as a breather, many are finding alternate ways to get hold of the kitchen staple.

However, recently another video has surfaced on the internet that shows a cobra guarding tomatoes. 

The video shows a cobra coiled near tomatoes rolling on the floor. As soon as the hand approaches close to it, the venomous reptile attacks instantly. The cobra can be seen on high alert and constantly gazing towards someone. After a while, the cobra crawls on the wall but doesn’t let down the guard on the tomatoes.

The video shared on Twitter by Hasna Zaroori Hai has amassed massive views and netizens seem to enjoy it. Apart from massive retweets, the comments section is also getting flooded with hilarious comments.

Though the original source of the video couldn’t be verified, it seems, it is part of a rescue operation where the cobra entered the place stocked with tomatoes and the rescuers are trying to rescue the reptile. However, the video surfacing at a time when tomato prices have become a serious concern has left netizens amused.
