'Intimate video' of Jalandhar’s Kulhad Pizza couple goes viral

In a shocking incident, a private video of Sehaj Arora and Gurpreet Kaur, popularly known as the Kulhad Pizza couple from Jalandhar, has gone viral on social media platforms. The intimate video allegedly featuring the couple has surfaced online causing quite a stir.

The video shows them in a compromising position. However, the couple, through an Instagram video, set the record straight and claimed that the video was fake and AI-generated. The couple who rose to fame for making ‘kulhad pizza’ at their food stall in Jalandhar, issued a statement and asked social media users not to circulate it any further.

Through a video message, Sehaj Arora claimed that a blackmailer had sent the video to them and blackmailed them with a heavy demand for money. When the couple did not yield to the blackmailer’s demands for money, he allegedly shared the AI-generated clip online.

“The video which is getting viral is totally fake. 15 days ago, a message came on Instagram which contained the video. The user in the message blackmailed me for payment and threatened to leak the video,” Sehaj said.

“Deciding not to give money to any random person, I went to Jalandhar’s police station and filed a complaint. The police have also rounded up some people in the matter,” he added.

The leaked video has elicited mixed reactions from social media users. While a section of people sympathized with the couple who became parents recently, others trolled them.

The Kulhad couple gained fame for their unique pizza concept. They served the classic Italian dish in traditional Indian clay cups known as ‘kulhads’, thereby gaining traction online.

Social media users visited their stall in large numbers and soon the Kulhad Pizza duo became internet sensations.
