Anmol's lifestyle

Anmol maintains a healthy lifestyle that costs huge to its owner. Anmol's daily diet consists of highly nutritious foods including 30 bananas, 50 gram almonds, 5 kg milk, 4 kg pomegranates, and 20 eggs. Moreover, Anmol is supplemented with oil cake, ghee, green fodder, soybeans, and corn. Such a specialized diet supports Anmol's substantial growth and stamina.

In addition to its daily nutritious diet, Anmol's health is maintained through regular grooming. The buffalo takes bath two times a day using a mixture of almond and mustard oils which ensures a glossy coat and robust health.

Despite the high costs, Anmol's owner Gill is committed to keep its upkeep. However, the high expenses led Gill to sell Anmol's mother and sister. Notably, Anmol's mother was known for producing a record 25 litres of milk per day.

Well, Anmol's popularity extends beyond its value, diet and size. The buffalo plays a crucial role in cattle breeding. Anmol's semen is collected twice weekly. The price per extraction is Rs 250 and is on high demand. Each collection can contribute to breeding hundreds of cattle, which ensures a steady monthly income of Rs 4-5 lakh. This breeding demand helps Gill in covering the high costs of Anmol's maintenance and upkeep.
