Indian billionaire businessman and the chairman of Mahindra Group Anand Mahindra on Saturday shared a video on social media with a caption reading, “The lowest cost treadmill in the world. And this year’s Innovation Award trophy goes to…”

The video shows a youth in his kitchen spraying some liquid soap on the floor. Then he sprinkles some water from the tap. Then, he rinses the water and liquid soap on the floor with his leg.

He touches the kitchen slab with his fingertip to mimic the pressing of a button on a treadmill and slowly starts walking on the floor while holding the slab. Then he simulates the pressing of the button and gradually increases his speed in tandem. He repeats this action till he breaks into a sprint.

Well, the video has been viewed over 523.1K times and the comment section is flooded with reactions from the netizens. While some have expressed concerns over the act suggesting that this could lead to injuries, others have related it to the ‘Desi Jugad’ custom in India.
