Renowned industrialist Anand Mahindra has once again showcased his appreciation for entrepreneurial spirit, this time directing his praise towards 22-year-old Tapsi Upadhyay, a Delhi-based entrepreneur. Known as the 'BTech Paani Puri wali,' Tapsi's unique business caught Mahindra's attention when she shared a video towing her paani puri cart with the iconic Mahindra Thar.

Starting her entrepreneurial journey with a humble cart in Tilak Nagar, Delhi, Tapsi now operates over 40 panipuri stalls across the country. 

A viral video last year featured her riding a Royal Enfield, towing her paani puri stall. Anand Mahindra's recent social media post showcases her growth, evolving from a scooty to a bike, and finally to the Mahindra Thar, symbolising the remarkable success of her venture.

Impressed by Tapsi's determination, Mahindra took to social media platform X to share the video, expressing admiration for individuals utilising off-road vehicles to pursue their dreams. In his post, Mahindra emphasised the purpose of off-road vehicles—helping people explore the impossible and live their dreams. He wrote, “Now you know why I love this video.”

Tapsi, in the shared video, underlined the significance of hard work and consistency for her success. She stated, “People might think that I got success overnight, but behind this fame, there is a lot of hard work and consistency.”

Anand Mahindra's post quickly went viral, garnering over 5 lakh views and sparking a positive response on social media.
