Billionaire Nikhil Kamath’s Bengaluru home goes viral

Billionaire Nikhil Kamath is the co-founder of Zerodha, one of the largest brokerage firms in India. He is well known and a social media personality. Apart from his business, Kamath runs his own podcast and was recently in the news for his interview with ‘Animal’ actor Ranbir Kapoor.

He is rumoured to be dating actress Rhea Chakraborty. His personal life has often sparked discussions online, making him one of the most prominent figures in both business and investment communities.

However, the young billionaire is hitting the headlines once again for a different reason. A few pictures of his apartment in Bengaluru found their way to social media and netizens cannot help but comment on its interior designs.

The viral pictures show his bedroom, huge balcony and the living room, adorned beautifully with minimalistic interior. Although a billionaire, the interior seemed minimalist, describing Kamath’s personality.

Many found it minimalist and breathtaking. However, it failed to impress others who criticised it and compared it with the house of Ananya Panday, styled by superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan.

“😭😭😭 Better or worse than Ananya Pandey's house that Gauri Khan did?,” shared a user.

Another user wrote, “Yes, the choice of wallpapers & furniture is absolutely 3rd class. 5 min of search on Pinterest could find you better options.”

“I love maximalism but I'd get a migraine living here,” shared another user.

However, many came out in Kamath’s support and were impressed with his choice of furniture and interior design.

“A lot of it is pretty lame. It’s not necessary to be rich and to have a refined taste. That said- it could also be that he’s repurposing furniture that he had in his rented houses over the years,” shared a user.

“Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder! What if like just imagine for a second their, what if he exactly wanted this for his house?” shared another user.

Another user shared, “Bhai itna paisa hai, he can make it sheesh mahal of he wants.”
