Krafton India, a well-known gaming company, has announced the return of the popular mobile game, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI).

As per sources reported by News18, Krafton has expressed thanks to the Indian authorities for allowing them to restart BGMI and promised to follow Indian laws.

Players can soon download the game and enjoy the exciting world of BGMI once again.

BGMI's limitations

According to sources reported by News18, the ban on Battlegrounds Mobile India is expected to be lifted for a period of three months.

However, during this time, the game will be closely monitored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to ensure it complies with Indian regulations.

If any inappropriate activities or non-compliance are detected, the authorities have the authority to reinstate the ban.

As a result, when BGMI returns, there will likely be changes such as time restrictions, limits on playing hours, and the removal of blood from the game.

Krafton's Commitment

"We would like to express our deep appreciation to the Indian authorities for permitting us to restart the operations of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI). KRAFTON, Inc., as a responsible South Korean company that abides by the law, has put in place several measures to ensure compliance to all Indian laws. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our players, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that we maintain the highest possible standards," the company stated in an Instagram post, announcing the return of the game.

By implementing measures for a safe and enjoyable gaming experience, Krafton aims to achieve a balance between entertainment and responsible gameplay.

The comeback of BGMI is expected to revive the enthusiasm for mobile gaming in India.
