Google’s annual developer conference Google I/O 2022 begun on Wednesday night.
CEO of the search engine giant, Sundar Pichai opened the event by delivering the keynote speech in which he highlighted the company’s efforts during the pandemic, the Russian invasion of Ukraine and other times of crisis throughout the year.
On those lines, Google revealed its new monolingual advancements in Translate. The company has added 24 new languages to Google Translate which together are spoken by over 300 million people.
The tech giant is expected to make many announcements, including software like Android 13 and perhaps even new hardware like the rumoured Google Pixel 6A.
