Apple fans are getting very excited about the upcoming iPhone 15 series.

There are rumours that these new iPhones will be released in September or October this year.

One interesting rumour suggests that Apple might introduce a zero bezel OLED display.

According to a report by The Elec, also known as MacRumors, Apple is working on developing these bezel-less OLED display panels for their upcoming devices.

They want their suppliers to create these new panels while keeping the current design of the iPhone.

These bezel-less displays will be different from the curved displays found in some other smartphones with ultra-slim bezels.

Apple apparently does not want a display that curves over the sides of the iPhone.

Additionally, the report highlights Apple's interest in having these bezel-less displays capable of supporting enhanced thin film encapsulation (TFE) and the under-panel camera (UPC) technology.

They believe that keeping a flat display design might allow for these improvements.

The first Apple smartphone to come with a bezel-less OLED display is rumored to be the iPhone 17 Pro, expected to be released in 2025.
