Gmail is one of the most popular email services in the world, but not everyone knows about all the features and tricks it offers.

Here are three hidden Gmail features that can help you better manage your inbox, clear up storage space, and write emails more efficiently.

Whether you're someone who receives a lot of spam emails or you need to free up storage space in your account, these tips will come in handy.

Unsubscribe from spam emails:

Do you receive a lot of spam and promotional emails that you find annoying?

You can clean up your inbox by typing "Unsubscribe" in the search box in your Gmail account.

This will bring up all the promotional and spam messages in your inbox.

In the filter option, click on "Delete it" to automatically delete these messages in the future. If you're worried about important messages being deleted, you can add specific words or phrases to a list of exceptions.

For example, if you want to keep all bank messages, you can add your bank's name to the list.

Clear up storage space:

Are you running out of storage space in your Gmail account?

You can easily clear up some space by searching for emails that are larger than 10MB.

Type "Larger:10M" in the search bar to bring up all the emails that are larger than 10MB. You can then delete any non-important emails to free up space in your account.

Use AI extension for email replies:

Did you know that there's an AI extension for Gmail that can help you write emails more efficiently?

The Compose AI extension uses AI-powered writing tools to help you write emails that sound natural and professional.

You can use this extension to write emails when you're out of the office or to reply to messages more quickly.

Simply give the extension instructions on what you want to say, and it will write the email for you.
