A video of amateur wrestler Sangeeta Phogat lifting India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal on her shoulder and twirling him around during a party has been going viral on social media. The viral video is reportedly from a party of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa show, where Chahal’s wife Dhanashree Verma is a participant.
Both, Sangeeta Phogat and Dhanashree were part of the popular reality dance show on Sony TV. While Phogat has already been eliminated from the show, Dhanashree is among the top 5 contestants.
Yuzi, who has been away from cricket for quite some time now after being dropped from Team India, has been supporting his wife. The star player is active on social media to support his wife, requesting his fans to vote for her.

In the viral video, Sangeeta in a light moment can be seen lifting Chahal and twirling him. Several fans and followers allegedly weight-shamed the cricketer after the video went viral. Many went on to call him too skinny and directed him to focus on his health like Virat Kohli instead of partying.
This isn’t the first time Yuzi has been weight-shamed. He has been constantly in the eyes of trolls for his skinny body type. However, an unfazed Yuzi doesn’t pay any heed to the trolls and instead focuses on what he does best – living life to the fullest.
Currently, he has been dropped from Team India and is spending most of his time with his wife and family. On the cricketing front, Chahal was last seen on the field during the T20I series against West Indies last July.
