With the Men in Blue already clinching the series, team India will clash against Australia in the fifth and the final game of the 5-match T20I series at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru today.

The series is already done and dusted as India has taken an unassailable 3-1 lead by winning the last game in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This is the first series win for Suryakumar Yadav as captain.

Australia, on the other hand, has only won 1 game in the series, thanks to Maxwell’s breathtaking century in the third series. Even as the series has already been settled, Australia may be eager to end on a winning note.

On the other hand, with the T20 World Cup 2024 on the horizon, team India will look forward to test their bench strength.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that it would be cloudy throughout the day in Bengaluru.

However, much to the delight of cricket lovers, there is little to no chance of rain. So, the game won’t be disrupted. As per Accuweather, the temperature currently is hovering around 22-23 degree Celsius in Bengaluru with the wind blowing at 22km/hr.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that the Indian team management is planning to play Shivam Dube, who is yet to get any game time in this series. Instead of Rinku Singh, the management is reportedly planning to play Shivam Dube.

Moreover, Spin bowling all-rounder Washington Sundar is another player who has been warming the bench.

India’s predicted XI: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shreyas Iyer, Suryakumar Yadav ©, Jitesh Sharma (w), Shivam Dube, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Deepak Chahar, Avesh Khan and Mukesh Kumar.
