Seems like star cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife-actress Anushka Sharma had a fun day today. The adorable couple welcomed the weekend with a scooter ride on the streets of Mumbai. Ditching their luxury cars, the much celebrated husband-wife duo ventured out in public on a two-wheeler. Though they went out in full public view, the duo very cunningly wore black helmets and went unrecognisable.
Dressed in formals, the two can be seen riding a black scooty. While Anushka rode pillion, Virat dressed in a green shirt and black jeans, rode the two-wheeler through the streets of Mumbai.
Dressed in all black, Anushka looked gorgeous as well. The star couple also carried a white umbrella with them. After the beautiful ride, the couple went to a restaurant for lunch.
No sooner, the video was uploaded by a social media user, it went viral on all social media platforms.
Of late, Kohli has been in a lean patch of form for quite some time now. He scored his last century back in November 2019. Moreover, it has been more than 1,000 days since the former Indian captain last registered a three-figure score in international cricket.
There has been a lot of debates to replace him. However, many celebrated cricketers have come out in his support.
Earlier, Australian all-rounder Shane Watson said that Kohli is still the best test batsman in the World even though he is going through a rough patch.
Meanwhile, Kohli will be seen in the upcoming Asia Cup as India is all set to take on arch-rivals Pakistan in Dubai on August 28.
On the other hand, Anushka Sharma has been away from showbiz for a while after they welcomed their daughter Vamika in 2021. She is currently filming Chakda Express, a biopic on legendary cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
